Walter Evans is president of ITCR (Identity Theft Collaborative Resources), a firm dedicated to protecting individuals and small business owners from America's fastest growing crime - Identity Theft. Since 2003 has studied the impact that identity theft has had on individuals and small businesses, and in 2006 the Institute of Fraud and Risk Management certified him as an Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist.
He currently is a nineteen - year veteran with the Tulsa Police Department where he has served in a variety of operational, administrative and specialty assignments. He currently he serves as the Late Evening Commander for Uniform Division North.
Mr. Evans also served 22.5 years as a soldier with the United States Army and The Oklahoma Army National Guard where he retired in 2004 at the Rank of Major. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Cameron University and is a 2003 graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
Mr. Evans' hobbies include cooking and landscaping. He is married and has two children, ages fifteen and twelve. His favorite quote is "If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you've always got!"
He is a member of Church on the Move where he attends regularly.
